职位要求

Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. The Manager will staff and direct a sales and after sales team and will provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Organise, coach and lead a team of sales representatives to work towards agreed sales targets
Maintain agreed performance levels for all customers. Visit key customers, ensure their needs are being met, and develop further business.
Negotiate and close sales while meeting/ exceeding sales targets.
Consulting clients on products, providing clients with the necessary information (technical description, manuals, certificates etc.).
Organizing orders (persuading, custom clearance, transportation).
Work with management.
Educational qualifications:
Technical or University Education in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering or University Education in Business Administration
Work Experience:
10 years experience in sales, from which 3 years experience in managing an outside sales team
Experience strongly desired in lift industry or in construction
Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of English; very good PC skills (Ms Office)
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent sales skills, experience in building business relationships, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, team work, strong planning and negotiation skills, ability to motivate and lead a team, good business sense, coaching and mentoring skills, initiative and enthusiasm, good IT, budget and report writing skills.
Work Conditions:
Availability for travelling, work hours, attending training etc.
