职位要求

Basic Accountabilities:1. Work with HR manager on employee performance management and development.2. Work with HR manager to perform CB structure implementation3. Communication with BU for organization structure and HC management4. Recruiting and on-board process5. Internal transfer management6. Implement the company’s HR policy7. HR hotline and employee communication8. Labor contract management9. Communication with related government bureau10. Part of Administrative work11. Other work required by HR MangerQualification Requirement:1. Education: Bachelor and above with major in Human Resource or Management related;2. Experience: 3 years and above HR management experience; Good knowledge of China Employment Law and local employment regulation3. Language: Fluent English4. Computer Skills: Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)5.Other Key Competencies: good communication skills, smart response
