Basic Accountabilities:1. Responsible for contract engineering for import high rise product local purchasing parts.2. Provide technical solutions and value engineering suggestions according to sales and customers requirement. Provide direct technical support to sales.3. Provide direct technical support to sales including bidding technical support (i.e. support to prepare technical bid) attend technical interviews, provide technical presentation to customers etc.4. Perform professional building traffic analysis to customer according to the request from sales department or customer..5. Perform other sales engineering related duties assigned by Sales manager6. Take full responsibility for implementing Compliance with EH&S policy and standards of UTC, Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company’s EH&S activity.
Qualification Requirement:1. Education
Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Major in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Integration or Industrial Automatization2. Experience
1-2 years’ experience in technical support for equipment or engineering is prefer.3. Language
Effective communications in Chinese & English.4. Computer Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PPT,Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Windows  AutoCAD.5. Others
